Archetype Coffee (Little Bohemia)
I’ve stopped into this location of Archetype Coffee and have always enjoyed this space. I love the feel of the old brick walls in this place, as it adds a kind of warmth to the joint. It feels like what a coffee shop should be to me. That said, the place has a lot of natural light without feeling too harsh.

The coffee is good here too. I usually get a cortado here, and their espresso hits on more of an earthy dark note, which is what I usually prefer. If I had one complaint about this place, it’s that their expanded menu isn’t readily available here. As you walk in, you’re greeted with a line of standard coffee drinks, but none of their specialty drinks. The only pro tip I’d offer is to just ask for an expanded menu. They’ll gladly offer one. That said, this place was founded by Isaiah Sheese, a world champion barista, so you can rest assured everyone here is taught properly. You’re not going to get a bad coffee here.

I’ve rarely come in here while this place is too busy. In my case, I was here on a Thursday in the early afternoon, and it was very chill. I’ve also stopped through on a busier Saturday morning, but still had plenty of options on where to sit, as this place has a lot of space. Overall, it’s a great place for your local injection of caffeine.
